I love real estate! This isn't as much a "job" as it is a lifelong passion. People tell me that I'm compassionate, naturally helpful and the utmost expert at working with people. Basically, I feel gifted in a number of areas that translate very well to helping my clients through some stressful processes when buying and selling their homes. Beginning real estate in 1996 for Coldwell Burnet in Minneapolis I loved all aspects of the transaction, especially working closely with my clients. After taking some time off I rejoined Edina Realty in late 2013. I appreciate how far real estate has come with the technology tools available and a mobile presence in the field. I have a tested digital marketing program for sellers that aggressively gets my listings in front of as many "eyeballs" possible, immediately upon hitting the market. We see an increase in multiple offers when a home is exposed online across many cross-selling platforms simultaneously. My key to client success is counseling them one step ahead of the process. I pride myself on educating and setting expectations constantly throughout the customer experience. This helps eliminate surprises and cuts down on real estate anxieties.
