Yvonne Pendley- Wehrle

Yvonne Wehrle is a highly experienced Branch Broker. She became a licensed realtor in 1992 and then received her broker license in 2002. She currently owns and manages 55 rentals. She has been actively participating in the building and remodeling of homes since 1982, doing everything from pouring cement to hanging sheet rock to taping and texturing. She has built and remodeled over 84 homes within 7 years, including the overseeing and completion of Lake Pointe Development. She has done it all! With an excellent reputation for doing a quality job, she stands behind her work and her employees. With such an extensive knowledge of the building and construction of homes, she knows homes!
