Often times the buyers and sellers don't actually work with the team leader at all! I work with ALL of my buyer and seller clients, period. Our showing agent, Rebecca, shows our buyer clients homes, but once a home is identified the buyer works with me directly, and I handle the negotiations and the purchase process. Our client service manager, Tina, helps with our seller and buyer clients during the marketing and closing process, but the seller works with me during the contract, negotiation and selling part of the process. This way, our buyer and seller clients benefit from working with our group but I am always the one who oversees the important parts of the buying or selling process.
