Prior experience includes managing multiple simultaneous construction projects for San Francisco Historic homes. Managed a leasing program with over 40 residential San Francisco rental units for the Federal Government.

Credentials
Real Estate Broker for 20 years, since 2005. Over 20 years total of Real Estate Industry experience with prior jobs in escrow, finance, leasing managment and construction management. The e-PRO certification blessed me with the knowledge to create a technology plan of action and an internet marking plan to enhance my real estate transactions. Having a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree has given me skills in many areas of business such as finance, leadership, organizational behavior, marketing, management, economics, and most importantly, negotiation.
