I have been a TRUSTED & EXPERIENCED Realtor since 2007 in the Greater Pittsburgh area. I started out as a "flipper" just to save myself some commission but as time went on, I realized my skills were in repping buyers & sellers. I sell on average 50 homes/year in Pittsburgh & represent a handfull of builders/developers/flippers in the 'burgh. I have a source of off-market opportunities because of this.
