When my son was just 3 years old we were renting a home that went into foreclosure and were faced with a lot of uncertainty. After living in half a dozen rentals we were tired of moving our family (dog included). We finally saved enough money to buy a home on an FHA mortgage and that's when I decided I wanted to help as many people as I could share in the feeling and pride that we felt.
