Lais Hernandez is a dedicated REALTOR® with My Realty Group LLC, proudly serving buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families throughout Southwest Florida, including Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, Bonita Springs, and surrounding communities.

Born in Cuba, Lais understands the meaning of sacrifice, family, and hard work. After living in New York City for seven years, she moved to Lehigh Acres in 2014 in search of greater stability and opportunities for her family. Her personal relocation experience allows her to connect with clients who are building a new life in Florida.

Lais holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and brings valuable experience from the healthcare and transportation industries. Her background in healthcare strengthened her empathy, patience, and ability to support people during important life decisions. As the former owner of a trucking and logistics company, she developed strong skills in leadership, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving.

Today, Lais uses that experience to guide her real estate clients with honesty, strategy, and personalized attention. Whether helping a first-time buyer, marketing a property for sale, locating new construction, or assisting a family relocating to Southwest Florida, her mission is to make every transaction clear, organized, and successful.
