I’m Misti Thorpe, a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and Realtor dedicated to helping buyers (and sellers) navigate the homeownership process with clarity, confidence, and personalized support.

Because I work on both the mortgage and real estate sides of the industry, I understand how all the pieces of a transaction come together—from financing and qualification to contracts, appraisals, underwriting, and closing. That experience allows me to anticipate potential challenges, communicate clearly throughout the process, and help my clients understand their options every step of the way.

I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers, buyers who may have been told “no” elsewhere, and clients who need a little extra guidance finding the right financing strategy. I work with a variety of loan programs, including FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, and alternative financing options, and I believe there is rarely a one-size-fits-all approach to buying a home.

My goal is simple: make the process feel less overwhelming, provide honest answers, and help my clients find the best path forward for their individual situation.
