Hi, I’m Eddy Vieira, a real estate specialist with more than 20 years of experience helping clients buy, sell, and invest in South Florida properties. I’ve called Miami home since 1986 and love helping people find their dream homes or make smart investments.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, I work with clients from all over the world. Before diving into real estate, I worked in the technology sector as a sales manager, web designer, and programmer. I helped grow a computer company from 1.2M to 15M in monthly sales over seven years and even taught computer parts classes to customers.

Since becoming a realtor in 2004, I’ve consistently ranked among the top performers. In my first year with a major brokerage, I was named one of the top 50 agents out of 3,500—a milestone I’m proud of! I’ve successfully managed a wide range of transactions, from remodeling projects and custom-built homes to short sales during the 2008 crisis.

I specialize in pre-construction properties, luxury homes, and investment opportunities across South Florida, including Sunny Isles, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Brickell, and Miami Beach. I also travel internationally to present new developments to clients in countries like Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, and Canada.
